Scope
These terms apply to pre-orders and orders on leewerk.com with a shipping address in Switzerland. The seller is Yanis Markwalder, Burgstrasse 62, 8570 Weinfelden, Switzerland, email email open.
Pre-order and contract
The LEEWERK 163 is first sold as a pre-order. The contract is concluded as soon as payment with Stripe is completed. You receive the receipt by email.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Swiss francs. No VAT is shown. Payment is due when you order, by card, TWINT, Apple Pay or Google Pay via Stripe.
Free cancellation until shipping
You can cancel a pre-order free of charge at any time until it ships. An email to email open is enough. We refund the full amount to the original payment method.
Delivery
Delivery November 2026. Shipping within Switzerland only. Shipping costs: free. If delivery is delayed, we will inform you by email. Until shipping you can cancel free of charge.
Returns after receipt
You can return the goods within 30 days of receipt. We pay for the return shipping. Just let us know by email. We refund the purchase price to the original payment method.
Warranty
The statutory warranty of 2 years under Swiss law (Art. 210 CO) applies from delivery. Please report defects to email open as soon as possible.
Note on the CO2 cartridge
The kit contains a CO2 cartridge. It is pressurised (compressed gas). Protect it from heat and direct sunlight, do not pierce or burn it, keep it out of the reach of children. Follow the instructions on the cartridge.
Applicable law
Swiss law applies. The German version of these terms is authoritative.
